"What up doe, family! It's Adriane Mayes, and I have a question for you.
Have you ever watched somebody sell from a stage or a webinar, and thousands of people bought at the same time... and you thought, HOW did they just do that?
Here is the secret nobody tells you. It was not magic. It was a recipe.
And for the next 10 weeks, we are going to steal the recipes. Legally. From the greatest webinar chefs alive.
By the end of this series, you will not just watch webinars. You will be able to read them like a recipe card.
And here is my promise. By September 6, you will understand how great webinars work, and you will have your own simple webinar framework. Not mine. YOURS.
One more thing. I am not standing above you on this. I am learning webinars in public, right beside you. We study the greats together. We practice every week together. We build together. That is what this Circle does."
"Let me paint the picture.
Imagine you got accepted into a 10-week cooking school. Weeks 1 through 9, you do not cook yet. You watch master chefs. One chef each week. You watch their hands. You watch their timing. You write down every move on the same report card.
Then Week 10 is GRADUATION DAY. You do not just eat at the dinner party. You walk across the stage with your own webinar framework in your hand. That is your diploma. And after the ceremony comes dessert, and dessert is a game show.
That is exactly what this series is.
Weeks 1 through 9 is cooking school. Each week we break down one master of the webinar game. Dan Henry. Dr. Forbes Riley. Jason Fladlien. Alicia Lyttle. Myron Golden. Billy Gene. And more.
Week 10 is graduation day. It lands on my 47th birthday, September 6. You graduate with your own simple webinar framework, we celebrate with 47 Random Acts of Kindness, and we play a birthday game with 47 cases where everybody can win something.
So do not miss a week. Every week is one more recipe in your book."
"Now here is how we study the chefs. We grade every single Great on the SAME 5 things, 1 to 10. Same report card, every week.
Lens 1: The Hook. How do they stop the scroll in the first 5 minutes? The hook is like the smell of cookies coming out the oven. Before you ever see the cookie, the smell pulls you into the kitchen.
Lens 2: The Story. What belief do they shift? Every great webinar turns one key in one lock. Before the story you think 'I can't.' After the story you think 'wait... maybe I can.' We find the exact moment the key turns.
Lens 3: The Teach. What do they give away for free? The best chefs let you taste the sauce before you buy dinner. Was the free taste real, or empty calories?
Lens 4: The Stack. How do they build the offer? The stack is packing a gift basket in front of you. Course. Bonus. Templates. Support. The basket gets heavier and the price stays the same.
Lens 5: The Close. How do they handle objections and Q&A? The close is the chef walking table to table asking, 'Anything stopping you from enjoying this meal?' The Greats answer every worry BEFORE you say it out loud.
Five lenses. Fifty points. And by Week 9, YOU will be able to grade a webinar in your sleep."
"Here is our full menu, so mark your calendars.
Nine recipes. One graduation. One game show dessert."
"Now let me show you your judge's table.
This is the Webinar Greats Scorecard. Every week, while we break down that week's Great, YOU score them live with me. Five sliders. Hook, Story, Teach, Stack, Close.
Watch. Hook... I will give it an 8. Story... 9. Teach... 7. Stack... 10. Close... 8. Look at the top. 42 out of 50. Master Chef territory.
And the app saves your scores and builds a LEADERBOARD. By Week 9, we will know who this community crowned the greatest webinar chef of all time.
You are not students in this series. You are judges."
Host move: click the Greats Scorecard tab right above and move the sliders slowly. The rising number is the show.
"So here is your ONE homework before next Sunday.
Drop this in the community comments: 'My prediction: [NAME] wins the leaderboard, because [ONE REASON].'
One name. One reason. I want to see who you think takes the crown before we grade a single chef.
Next week, July 12, we put Dan Henry under the 5 lenses. Bring your scorecard.
Cooking school is in session. Graduation day is September 6, and you are walking that stage with your own framework.
I Can. I Will. I Am Victorious. Now let's roll into Q&A."
No scores locked in yet. Grade this week's Great to start the leaderboard.

47 Random Acts of Kindness · Western Roofing Expo 2026 Outreach
47 Looms. 47 mini audits. 47 random acts of kindness. The Top 47 run one per day to the 8:00 AM LIVE Birthday Call on September 6, with all 209 expo exhibitors loaded as your full target board. Powered by LeakFinder AI.
The Western Roofing Expo (September 27 to 29, Paris Las Vegas) has served the roofing and waterproofing industry through WSRCA since 1974. Contractors, exhibitors, vendors, manufacturers, distributors, and sales teams invest big to be there. But opportunity without follow-up becomes waste. These Looms are not sales pitches first. They are mini audits. Value first. Kindness first. When a company gives permission, the Loom gets posted to the public playlist so other businesses preparing for the expo can learn too.
5 minutes. Same rhythm every time. Every card below has a Copy Loom Script button that fills in the company for you.
1. Hook and Acknowledge
Start by referencing their booth or interest.
"Hey [Name], I saw [Company] is exhibiting at the Western Roofing Expo 2026 in Las Vegas, so I recorded this quick video for you."
2. Confirm the Desire
Say back what they want before you show anything.
"You are investing in a booth because you want that floor traffic to turn into booked appointments and revenue. Not a stack of badge scans sitting in a bag."
3. Show the Problem
Screen-share their website or online presence. Look for: no booking system, no AI chatbot, no missed-call follow-up, no lead capture, slow website, no clear call-to-action, no app, no automation, poor follow-up process.
"I looked at your website and I did not see a clear way for a lead to book fast, get an instant response, or be followed up with automatically. That is where money can leak."
4. Explain the Cost of Inaction
Make the leak real.
"Every missed call, ignored estimate request, or delayed follow-up could be money walking out the door. One missed opportunity at the expo could mean thousands in lost revenue."
5. Present the Offer
Keep it simple and direct.
"What I can do is build you a starter prototype in 7 to 14 days that shows how your AI follow-up and booking system could work. The investment is $2,497 and $497 monthly maintenance (optional)."
6. Give the Next Step
No-call close: "If you want to move forward, use the payment link below. Once payment is complete, I will send the onboarding form and we will get started this week."
One-call close: "If you want me to walk you through the idea, grab a 15-minute spot on my calendar and use coupon code LEGACY100."
After recording, send the Simple DM (Copy DM button below). Do not over-explain. Do not send a long paragraph.
